Obligations of the patient: 

– The patient is obliged to provide complete information about the medical history and current health status to serve the treatment process, and accurate personal information for identification, and related changes. . 

– Obligation to follow the treatment plan and consult the doctor if there are any questions. 

– Take responsibility for your decisions and behavior during treatment. 

– Comply with the clinic’s regulations, respect the rights of other patients, and preserve the clinic’s property.
