INSURANCE SERVICE

At AIH Clinic, we continue to expand our partner network with insurance providers, so AIH Clinic has always been committed to expanding the direct payment link service with insurance partners at home and abroad.

Some precautions:

• The normal fee guarantee period of outpatient service is 30 minutes after the client completes the examination and the doctor submits the medical report.
• Prepayment provisions: if the customer has no time to wait for the confirmation of the insurance company, the customer must prepay 100% of the outpatient amount before leaving. After receiving the hospitalization fee guarantee of the insurance company’s expenses, AIH Clinic will refund the advance payment to the customer according to the clinic’s regulations (after deducting the self-payment part (if applicable) due to the non-security).
